Cell Phone Business Card Guide |
Decades of innovations resulted in thousands of new words, terms,
things, and ways of doing things. There are gadgets and applications to
update and simplify anything and everything, for example to unlock cell
phone. Just when it seems that it does not have to get any easier,
somebody goes ahead and introduces automated toilet seat cover
switcher. Just when you think that business cards have reached the peak
of their evolution, there a strange thing called cell phone business
card
enters our day to day life. Is it useful or the other way around - it
is a personal matter. Here is the scoop.
What is it? Basically, it is an image of a business card in any format
that is supported by your cell phone. What does it require? It does
require a certain application, which comes built-in in some cell phones
models. This application is called cell phone business card reader. How
does it work? The card reader scans a business card and saves it on
your cell phone in a folder called cell phone business card holder. To
access the card image you have to open that folder and press on a
certain item to view it. Is it convenient in use? No more than your
regular phone book list. Do you need it? Such business cards images do
hold a bit more information material then regular phone list entries,
for example a company logo or somebody's signature. Whether or not you
need it - decide for yourself. |
